This position will primarily teach courses in person atthe Shelton Campus.Olympic College is home to award-winning Associate andBaccalaureate degree programs in Filmmaking. The programs combinethe more traditional theory approaches of film studies withextensive hands-on instruction and active student engagement ineach course. OC is seeking adjunct faculty members in the area offilmmaking that can incorporate this teaching approach into theirpedagogy. Emphasis is on the practical and artistic elements ofnarrative storytelling.Olympic College’s Filmmaking department features a media productionstudio, dedicated editing suites, a sound stage, all new filmproduction equipment, a screening theatre, and Mac computers withindustry software. The program grants Bachelor and Associatedegrees in Filmmaking, and is taught by current and former industryprofessionals. The department currently enrolls over 250 students aquarter and is rapidly growing. A.C. Blackjacks Receiver Co-Rookie of Year

first_imgAtlantic City Blackjacks wide receiver Antwane Grant ends the season with 15 touchdowns en route to Co-Rookie of the Year honors. Atlantic City Blackjacks wide receiver Antwane Grant was named Co-Rookie of the Year on Tuesday alongside Columbus Destroyers wideout and return man Fabian Guerra.It marked the first time in Arena Football League history that the award has been shared. The team leader in receiving yards, Grant made a strong case for the award late in the season, posting five 100-yard receiving games in his last six outings. Over that span, he caught 45 passes and hauled in 14 of his 15 total touchdowns.   Meanwhile, Guerra led the league in all-purpose yards while scoring 20 touchdowns (15 receiving, two rushing, and three kick returns).
